Embark Co working Community 2843 NW Lolo Dr, Bend, OR 97703

Northwest Crossing, Bend, Oregon

Taking a break from construction activities this week to settle in to my new location. Super stoked to be joining the Embark Co-working Community in Northwest Crossing. One step closer to reaching surrounding communities in need of Home Watch and Concierge Services.

Growth

I have watched this area grow since I arrived here in 2002 while serving this community with construction services.  So many families own a second home here in our beautiful Central Oregon. Residents staying in Central Oregon during certain seasons, snowbirds, investors, working professionals who commute out of the area for work, and even vacation rental owners all face a common challenge. They cannot be in two places at once and often do not have the time to be present at their other home or property. This creates a sense of uncertainty as they are unaware of what is happening in real life at their other property.

By combining my passion for hospitality, my skill of craftsmanship and my fascination with systems and processes I get to serve these home owners looking for peace of mind, desiring that feeling of security and integrity when they are away...

Seasonal Home, Owner Solutions Made Easy

Home watch, concierge and maintenance services that are created to save you time and designed for your peace of mind.

I have been putting this startup off for years. For any one who knows me, I have opened and closed so many businesses in my mind and even on paper since I was a teen growing up in Tigard, Oregon even more after relocating here in 2002. One would think I ought to be financially independent by now (in my mind and on paper)!

Perhaps I will expand in a back story.

For now, I am figuring out how to reach the people that I can help, the ones searching for that peace of mind while they are away, the ones just trying to gain their time.

Time

No one has enough time. Recreation time, leisure time, family time and relationship time. Our time here is limited and we don't know what that limit is. Many of us spend that precious time accepting what life has created for us passively.

How can we gain our time, actively creating the life we want to live, not the one that has been passively given to us?
